I started this cross stitching piece a long time ago. Probably at least five years. I was originally going to give a friend, but since I never finished it, it sat in my cabinet of cross stitching supplies. Finally got around to completing this, but I’m going to keep it for us. My grandmother called to remind me that this month is “ghost” month on the Chinese Lunar Calendar. Ok. It’s no secret that I’m Asian.. or may be it is. Lol. I don’t know I guess. Anyway, I’m Chinese… Chinese-American and it’s part of our culture to shave our baby’s hair off once they’re one month old. Many Asian cultures do this.
