New Luminosity Show from Big Apple Circus Giveaway
Ok. Who doesn’t enjoy a performance? How about a Circus? Most kids love the circus and I’m hoping my kids will too because we were asked to attend the new show, Luminosity, from the Big Apple Circus next month.
Only one thing I’m not too excited about is clowns – it’s an old childhood thing – but I definitely can’t wait to see double trapeze artists soaring, teeter-board acrobats flying, and the wire-walkers suspended in mid-air under the Big Top Tent.
I know my lil man will enjoy the juggling – he’s fascinated with throwing things – and lil lady will love the horses because every lil girl love horses, right?

Performances of LUMINOCITY begin Thursday, February 27 and run for 28 shows through Sunday, March 16, under the Big Top at TD Bank Ballpark, home of the Somerset Patriots (off Route 287 in Bridgewater, NJ), the fourth stop on the Big Apple Circus tour, following its world premiere engagement in the Washington DC metro area and annual seasons at Lincoln Center, NYC and in the Atlanta area. Tickets for LUMINOCITY start at $20 and are available at www.bigapplecircus.org or by calling (888) 541-3750. The Circus Box Office opens February 26 in front of the Big Top; hours are: Wed–Fri: 10 AM–8 PM, Sat–Tues: 10 AM–6 PM (open to 8 PM on Saturday, March 8). There are no service charges for tickets bought at the Box Office.
Opening Weekend festivities (performances starting Friday night, February 28th through Sunday, March 2nd), where we will have Circus-to-Go performers out in the Reception Area the hour before each performance entertaining and interacting with patrons one-on-one.
