They say young children develop one skill at a time. My lil man is a bit behind on speaking full sentences. When I compare him to friend’s who were born the same year, I’ve noticed many of them are all speaking full sentences. He’s now 26 months and just started stringing words together in English. Did you know the New York Aquarium has a new exhibit called A-MAZE-ING Water? As an Ambassador for the Wildlife Conservation Society, I was given information about this a few weeks ago. I even attended the kick-off event where they had displays about the NY water, a maze for the kids and other activities. A-MAZE-ING Water exhibit is open to the public through September 9, 2012 and features elements of the New York Seascape, the aquarium’s conservation program that works to preserve local NY waters. A few weeks ago, I took lil man to Funtime Junction. We had purchased tickets from living social for a discount entry tickets. It was smaller than I expected. Definitely smaller than the new Paramus Chuck E. Cheese. I’m not sure I’d go there regularly simply because Chuck E. Cheese is so close by for us. But the other reason I wouldn’t go often is because of the entry fee. You pay the entry fee plus then you need to buy tokens to play games.
