    For Japan with Love

    Before the clock strikes midnight, I wanted to make a quick note. I’m sure you’ve all seen the devastation in Japan and heard about all the lives affected and/or lost. The images truly saddened me and are just horrific when I read the news. So, tomorrow, I’m going to be participate in the Bloggers Day of Silence in recognition of all those that have lost their lives and all who have been affected.     Give away your heart

    If there’s anything I’m very passionate about besides my family and friends, it’s definitely volunteer work and helping others. So, I wanted to share this fundraiser that my friend, Stacey, is doing. This Valentine’s Day she’s doing something special to kick off her new year by giving back. She’s selling “Heart of Snow” postcards with a photo by her. All proceeds will be donated to Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital in New York City.
